CONSTITUTION: The food material spreadable at room temperature (beef tallow, chicken fat, etc.), is mixed with carbohydrate matrix material (starch, etc.), extruded by a biaxial screw extruder, etc. and this extruded matter is powered. A wet viscous paste is converted to easily flowable powder. |
