PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the controller of a motor which is able to free the fixing of the motor. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a rotation detection means 509 which detects the rotation of a motor 501, environment sensors 502 and 503 which detect the surrounding environment of the motor 501, a heating means 507 which heats the motor 501, and a control means 505 which stops the drive of the heating means 507, based on the information detected by the rotation detection means 509, while driving the heating means 507 for a specified time, based on the information detected by the environment sensors 502 and 503.
