PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit that has a clamping circuit which limits the voltage of a circuit node. SOLUTION: This clamping circuit has a clamp transistor T1, which has a current source I connected to a circuit node N, a control terminal and a pair of input/output terminals and a current amplifier M which is connected to the input/output terminals of the transistor T1 and the input/output terminals limit the voltage of the node N, when the transistor T1 connected to the node N becomes conducting. |
