PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cover from impairing the hermetical sealability even after an eating or drinking tool has been cut out, in a container with the cover for food and drink. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral edge 21 which is turned back outwardly and closely fitted to the peripheral wall 31 extended down in the cover 30 is formed at the upper end opening of the container body 20, and an eating or drinking tool 22 is formed so as to be cut off while leaving the upper end 21a at a part of the outer periphery. In this way, even after the eating or drinking tool has been cut off, the sealability of the outer periphery and the cover can be retained. Accordingly, when one transfers with the container for changing the eating or drinking site before he finishes eating or drinking or when one dividedly eats or drinks in a vehicle or the like, the contents can be perfectly prevented from spilling from the container. |
