PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent residual static electricity of a rotor from affecting a person. SOLUTION: A rotor (drum 41) is formed in such a manner that the rotor cannot be taken out from or put in a main body case 1 unless an opening/ closing cover 2 is under a totally opened state, and also, unless static electricity remaining on the drum 41 has been eliminated by an electricity removing means 50, and at the same time, the static elimination means 50 (brush 53) is formed in such a manner that the static elimination means 50 can automatically come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the drum 41 and elimination electricity by using the opening motion of the opening/closing cover 2. |
