PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable manufacture of mineralized collagen raw fiber generating evenly mineralized collagen gel by implementing the formation and mineralization of raw fiber with one step by use of recombined collagen. SOLUTION: Soluble collagen prepared by use of recombined collagen is dissolved. A component 2 prepared with sodium chloride solution, tris and the like is added to a component prepared with collagen solution and calcium chrolide. Then they are increased in temperature repidly to implement the start of dissolving and mineralization of raw fiber. When the mixture is incubated, the generated amorphous calcium phosphate phase is converted into crystal- defective apatite, and a large crystalline lump of calcium phosphate is formed accordingly. Subsequently, a centrifugal separation process is applied to the mineralized collagen and a post-treatment by decantation is applied. Then, it is re-suspended in distilled water. To wash away the buffer salt, this cycle is repeated several times. Finally, freeze-drying is carried out. |
