PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper maintenance management for an actual building. SOLUTION: This estimate sheet generation support system for construction maintenance management is equipped with an external storage device 2 having a data base wherein data on 'management ledger', 'position life', 'inspection standard', etc., regarding all equipment and facilities in a building are related to one another, an input device 5 on which desired conditions are selected and inputted among maintenance inspection conditions displayed on a monitor 3 when the equipment and facilities in the building are maintained, a CPU 10 which generates a maintenance inspection table by performing retrieval from the data base according to the conditions inputted from the input device 5, and a printer 4 which prints the maintenance inspection table generated by the CPU 10 and used for generating the estimate sheet. |
