PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte, which has excellent withstand voltage and charging/discharging cycle characteristics and is highly safe, by composing the nonaqueous electrolyte with an electrolyte solvent containing a phosphate expressed by a specific formula and an electrolyte. SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte is composed of an electrolyte solvent containing a phosphate expressed by a formula and an electrolyte. In the formula, R1 , R2 and R3 may be same or different and are of 1-4C alkyl group. More specifically, they may be trimethyl phosphate, triethyl phosphate, diethylmethyl phosphate, ethyldimethyl phosphate, tripropyl phosphate, tributyl phosphate, etc. In the formula, R1 -R3 are preferably same and the trimethyl phosphate or triethyl phosphate of CH3 or C2 H5 is preferable, and especially such trimethyl phosphate is preferable. As for the electrolyte solvent, it is preferably a mixed solvent of the phosphate expressed by the formula and a cyclic carbonic ester. |
