PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cracker roasting machine which can be installed at a small space and efficiently and inexpensively roast a good rice cracker having a good shape, no baking unevenness, flavor and a high commercial value. SOLUTION: This rice cracker roasting machine is constituted of a rice cracker roasting net 15 for placing plural rice cracker doughs on the same circumference, a turntable 13 for detachably placing the roasting net 15 on the upper surface, a frame 1, a retaining base 7 which is slidable into and out of the machine and can be adsorbed and retained by a magnet catch 10 at a forced position into the machine, plural heating devices 20 and 21 arranged at fixed intervals in the rotation direction of the rice cracker doughs (a) on the roasting net 15 at the upper part and the lower part of the turntable 13 a driving mechanism 18 having a variable motor 18a as a driving source, a rice cracker dough (a)-pressing net 16 which is supported rotatably at the upper side of the turntable 13 and liftably on the frame 1, and a vertically movable adsorbing apparatus 23 which has a magnet catch 23f at the bottom and hangs the roasting net 15 movably in the right and left directions and vertically movably through a balancer mechanism 23e. A driving shaft 18e of the driving mechanism 18 is linked and connected to a revolving shaft 14 of the turntable 13 by a gear transmission mechanism to be freely engaged and disengaged.
