PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chilled dessert having excellent melt in the mouth and characteristic texture by using a mousse material. SOLUTION: This baked cake is a chilled dessert obtained by baking a mousse raw material. The method for producing a chilled dessert characteristically comprises mixing an aqueous solution containing a taste component, a saccharide and an egg component as essential components to give a dough, stirring the dough with a whipped cream, then packing the mixture into a heat-resistant container and baking.
