PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject slider-mounting structure used in the oscillating mechanism for a spinning reel, and designed to decrease bolt loosening when a slider and a spool shaft are clamped mutually. SOLUTION: This slider-mounting structure has such a scheme that the slider body 25 is clamped with a bolt 27 disposed rectangularly to the axis of the spool shaft 20; for the slider 25, a through hole 25c and a 1st female screw 25d are provided coaxially in the direction rectangular to the axis of the spool shaft 20 which, in turn, is provided with a 2nd female screw 20c equal in pitch to the 1st female screw 25d; a bolt 27 is then inserted into the through hole 25c and screwed with the 2nd female screw 20c and the 1st female screw 25d, thereby the spool shaft 20 and the slider body 25 are clamped mutually.
