PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feces treating device capable of readily performing a feces treating work without giving a human an unpleasant feeling due to an odor of the feces. SOLUTION: This feces treating device has a bag fitting body 2 comprising a fitting frame 5 having an annular opened port and a handle part 6 extending to the fitting frame 5, a bag body 3 detachably fitted to the fitting frame 5 in a state of opening an opening port part 8 and a sealing means 4 detachably fixed to the bag body 3, intercepting the flow of the air from inside to outside of the bag body 3 and realing the inside of the bag body 3. The handle part 6 is held by a hand and the feces are put in the bag body 3 in a surely opened state of the opening port part 8 of the bag body 3, and after the feces are put in the bag body 3, the flow of the air into the opened port part is intercepted by the sealing means 4.
