PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a blood coagulation factor-or blood coagulation control factor-defective model animal useful for developing medicines for treating hemophilia inhibitors by administering a human blood coagulation factor, or the like, into an anthropoid animal to cause an immune reaction, then treating the animal under specific conditions. SOLUTION: This blood coagulation factor or blood coagulation control factor-defective model animal is obtained by administering a human blood coagulation factor or blood coagulation control factor both dependent on vitamin K into an anthropoid animal phylogenetically comprising anthropoidea animals or larger, such as a large monkey, to cause an immune reaction, thus neutralizing a blood coagulation factor or blood coagulation control factor having the same function as the human factor in the body of the anthropoid animal to neutralize the blood coagulation factor or blood coagulation control factor of the animal by the immune reaction. The human blood coagulation factor or blood coagulation control factor is preferably subcutaneously or intravenously administered.
