PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject seedling-loading stage structure capable of increasing the loading amount of a seedling mat, also securing the stiffness of the extended seedling-loading stage main body well by partitioning lengthwise ribs and supporting the loaded seedling mat in a stable state by installing specific partitioning ribs as protruded on the surface of the extended seedling-loading stage main body. SOLUTION: This extended seedling-loading stage structure of a transplanter is obtained by mounting an extended seedling-loading stage 55 in which partitioning lengthwise ribs 51 for partitioning a seedling mat for one row are installed as protruded on the surface of the extended seedling-loading stage main body, at the upper end part of the seedling-loading stage 37 thereof as freely demountable. In this case, the partitioning ribs 51 are formed as protruded rows from the middle part to the lower end part of the extended seedling-loading stage, and preferably arranged as opposing to the upper end part of lengthwise ribs installed on the seedling-loading stage 37. Also, the upper part of the extended seedling-loading stage main body is preferably formed as curved from a side surface view so that the surface side of the upper part becomes a convex state.
