PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decomposition treating device having a large treating capacity for organic waste. SOLUTION: In a decomposition treating vessel B for housing organic waste, agitating blades 17 for agitating the waste together with aerobic decomposition bacteria is installed. And, a waste feeding mechanism for feeling the organic waste into the decomposition treating vessel B, air feeling pipes 21, 23 for feeling air by blowers 25, 32, a discharge pipe 12 for feeling gas generated in the decomposition treating vessel B to a combustion furnace, a flow adjusting damper 16 for opening/closing the discharge pipe 12, a weigher 55 for weighing the decomposition treating vessel B, temperature sensors Ta to Te arranged in the up and down directions in the decomposition treating vessel B, and a control panel for aperation controlling the waste feeding mechanism and the blowers 25, 32 based on the measured values of the temperature sensors Ta to Te and a weigher 55 to control the opening degree of the flow adjusting damper 16, are provided.
