PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily attachable and detachable a heat insulating panel even in a narrow space by constituting a heat insulating panel in which a plurality of panel main bodies formed into a partial cylindrical shapes divided in the lengthwise direction and the circumferential direction are connected to each other adjacent ones by connecting members to surround heat insulated object devices. SOLUTION: This heat insulating panel 1 is constituted by putting side by side a plurality of panel main bodies 2 in the circumferential direction and the longitudinal direction outside a pipe 23A as a cylindrical heat insulated object device. The respective panel main bodies 2 are provided with first connecting members 6 of buckle construction for connecting the adjoining panel bodies 2 in the circumferentical direction to each other, and second connecting members 7 of advancable/retreatable pin construction, on respective edge part for connecting the adjacent panel bodies 2 in the longitudinal direction. The outside part of the panel main body 2 is formed out of metal plate 3 and heat insulating material 4 is provided on the inside part. For improving sealability between the adjoining panel main bodies 2, an overlap made of hoop is provided on two orthogonal crossing sides.
