<p>The invention relates to a product display device of the type which has merchandising pegs on which products offered for sale are suspended. These products usually are packaged in card-type packages, or in synthetic plastics bags having header cards attached thereto, the cards of these packages having slot-like apertures defined therein which permit the cards to fit slidably, in a relatively snug configuration, on a merchandising peg, for the suspension of the products. The invention provides for a merchandising peg (10) of a product display device of the type to have a restrictor device (16) mounted on the free end thereof, the restrictor device having displaceable restrictor formations (32) that must be manipulated for removing products from the peg and that permit products to be removed one-by-one only.</p> |
