<p>Compositions comprising non-ionic block copolymers are useful for the treatment of autoimmune, inflammatory and proliferative diseases and for reducing graft/implantation rejection. The present invention also relates to methods of treating animals having various autoimmune, inflammatory and proliferative diseases. The present invention also relates to methods of reducing inflammation in an animal comprising administering the compositions of the invention. Also, the present invention relates to methods of reducing autoimmune responses and to methods of reducing graft/implantation rejection comprising administering the compositions of the inventions. A typical embodiment is a mixture of Pluronics F127 and L61.</p> |
