PURPOSE: A wireless TV system using a home network is provided to watch TV with clear image quality by compressing a signal received through wire by an MPEG2(Moving Picture Experts Group 2) type and transmitting the compressed signal to a portable wireless terminal using a wireless LAN(Local Area Network). CONSTITUTION: A server(10) compresses image data of a TV signal received through wire, and outputs a wireless image signal according to a control signal. A portable TV(20) receives the compressed image signal according to the control signal transmitted to the server, decompresses the received image signal, and displays an image by the control signal. |
