PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of connecting wires by using batteries for all the electric sources of various types of sensors and remote controllers that are employed. SOLUTION: Radio signals are sustainably sent from sensors to perform monitoring. In addition, portable type remote controllers are employed to control the whole of a system. A controller that has received abnormal signals from each sensor and remote controller makes a call to a predesignated telephone number to report the abnormal condition. At this time, the controller checks if the signals received have been sent from an apparatus in which each sensor and remote controller are registered or not to prevent any malfunction of the apparatus.
