PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new highly dense integrated light emitting device formed by highly densely integrating light emitters. SOLUTION: A plurality of pairs of electrodes facing each other are prepared. Then, a prescribed voltage is impressed between each of a plurality of the pairs of the electrodes, and the prescribed light emitters are integrated between each pair of the electrodes by an electric field produced between each pair of the electrodes.
