<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily openable cap preventing a user from getting into direct contact with a score cut section of the cap formed by cutting at a score. <P>SOLUTION: The cap 1 is constituted of a top wall 5, a skirt wall 6 substantially suspended from around the periphery of the top wall 5, and a tongue flap 8 projecting out from the lower end of the skirt wall 6 and a pull-ring 3 formed continuously from the tongue flap 8. The cap 1 has a pair of scores 9 extending upward along the skirt wall 6 and further to the direction opposite to the pull-ring 3 along the peripheral rim of the top surface wall 5. A cover 14 is arranged on the cap 1, which covers the skirt wall as if to stride across the part of the scores 9 where the tearing of the scores 9 starts for its first cutting.
