A portable umbrella cover is provided to prevent rainwater from running down to the floor by erecting an umbrella at a part of the indoor place. A portable umbrella cover comprises: a floor panel inclining from the center to the outside; an outer wall panel combined with the edge of the floor panel; a body portion(10) consisting of the umbrella handle receiving part which is prepared in the center of the floor panel and can stick the umbrella handle; a cover(20) which unites with the body portion and surrounds the umbrella; a winding unit(30) which consists of an automatic winding member, automatically rewinds the cable, and is positioned at the rear side of the floor panel. |
