PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ruler with a leveling function, which enables to draw a straight line such as a horizontal line and a perpendicular line to be simply and accurately drawn despite a relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: A ruler body 11 composed of a long plate-like member is annexed onto a working plane 1, so that the line can be drawn along the ruler body 11. A spirit level unit 14 is mounted on the prescribed portion of the ruler body 11, so that the ruler body 11 can be angled at least horizontally and vertically. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
