A burn-out printing paste compound for printing the burn-out pattern to the polyester fiber raised fabric and a burn-out printing method by using the same are provided to reduce the man power and the badness, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. A dyestuff with the printing paste is mixed with the aqueous solution of 67-70wt% with the alkali sodium hydrate of 23-33 wt% so that the burn-out printing paste compound with the burn-out function and the coloring function is manufactured. The compound is manufactured by the aqueous solution 67-70wt% consisting of tepid water of 20wt%, dispersion stabilizer of 0-1wt%. dyestuff of 3-5wt%, anti-reduction agent of 1wt%, printing paste stabilizer of 3wt%, carboxymethylated starch powder of 3wt% and the sodium hydrate of 23-33 wt%. The dyestuff is anthraquinone group high pressure dispersion dye. The anti-reduction agent is metanitrobenzene sulfonic acid sodium. The printing paste dispersion stabilizer is British gum of 40-50 wt% sol.
