A method for preparing a toner for developing an electrostatic latent image, a toner prepared by the method, an imaging method using the toner, and an image product formed by using the toner are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to decrease environmental pollution by not using water and an emulsifier. A method for preparing a toner for developing an electrostatic latent image comprises the steps of dispersing a toner composition comprising a resin, a coloring pigment, a wax and a charge control agent in a solvent and mixing it at 60-120 deg.C to prepare a spraying composition having a viscosity of 10-1,000 cPs at a room temperature; drying the solvent with the air of high temperature and high pressure with spraying the composition through a nozzle; and cooling the product to collect it and removing the remaining solvent to obtain a dried toner particle.
