<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting component that reduces the dispersion in the luminous intensity of the light-emitting component and has a natural light-emitting state, even if a plurality of light-emitting components are arranged and used. <P>SOLUTION: An LED 2 and one portion of circuit members for driving the LED 2, namely transistors 5A, 5B, a conductor 15, pads 15Ca-15Cf, and a gold wire 16, are arranged on the surface of a substrate 4. The LED 2 is arranged at the center on the surface of the substrate 4. A partial or entire circuit member for drive is arranged over not less than 180 degrees around a light-emitting element on a substrate surface. In the circuit members for drive arranged around the LED 2, the transistors 5A, 5B are higher than the LED 2. A recess 13 is provided, and on the bottom surface of the recess 13, one portion of the circuit members for drive, namely the transistor 5A, 5B, the conductor 15, a pad 15Ca, or the like, and the gold wire 16, is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
