#CMT# #/CMT# A brake for a sliding door, especially a glass door panel, has two convex brake pads (9) mounted in a support block (1) with adjustable spacing. The pads are of elastic friction material and are each mounted on a support plate (2, 3) and fitted to the support block (1) via dowels (4, 6) which locate into holes (5, 8) in the support block.
