<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation system for automatically estimating the other party of communication in various activities, and for performing highly precise communication evaluation based on the estimation information. <P>SOLUTION: The evaluation system includes: a process description storage means 12 for storing process description data related with relations between a plurality of activities in a process; an activity phase storage means 14 for storing the involvement information in each activity of a member in an organization; an expected value calculation means 20 for predicting the in-organization interaction to be performed in each activity by using the process description data and the involvement information in each activity of the member; an interaction history storage means 18 for storing actual interaction history; and a comparison means 24 for specifying the arbitrary activity from the process, and for comparing the interaction performed in the activity by using the prediction information and the interaction history. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
