<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform, without fail, processing for determining whether to perform image processing of read image information of a plurality of paper documents, by also using a page size of a page corresponding to one or a plurality of page identification information items when the one or plurality of page identification information items are extracted from the relevant read image information. <P>SOLUTION: In an image forming apparatus 30, a paper document to which a page ID is applied is scanned by a scanning unit 31, a page ID extracting section extracts one or more page IDs from the scan data, and a scan page size recognizing section 363 recognizes the page size of the scan data. A scan image processing section 365 determines whether a page size of an electronic document as a printing source corresponding to the page ID acquired from a document management device by an information acquiring section 364 based on the extracted page ID matches the page size of the scan data recognized by the scan page size recognizing section 363 and when both the page sizes do not match, the scan data is deleted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
