<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and conveniently suppress imbalance of temperature and flowing current of a plurality of semiconductor switching elements to be connected in parallel with one another. <P>SOLUTION: Switching the loss of an IGBT 1 on the low-temperature side is increased by generating a delay drive signal Ld, in which the timing for both of turn-on and turn-off of a reference driving signal Lin is delayed by a predetermined time by a delay circuit 9, a signal generating circuit 7 is provided, which generates drive signals S1, S2 of the respective IGBTs 1, 4 which are to be connected in parallel with each other by switching the reference driving signal Lin and the delay drive signal Ld, comparing the temperature of the respective IGBTs 1, 4, using the delay drive signal Ld for the IGBT 1 on the low-temperature side, and using the reference drive signal Lin for the IGBT 4 on the high-temperature side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
