[Problem] To propose an information processing device, information acquisition system, information processing method, image information acquisition method, and program that make it possible to more simply specify the position of the surface of an object of measurement. [Solution] An information processing device according to the present invention is provided with a representative brightness value specification unit that, on the basis of a plurality of fluorescence images photographed while changing the position of an object of measurement in the thickness direction and for each fluorescence image corresponding to a position in the thickness direction, extracts a brightness value positioned at a prescribed position from the highest brightness value when the brightness values composing the fluorescence image are rearranged in order from the highest brightness value and makes the extracted brightness value a representative value for the fluorescence image at the thickness position and a surface position specification unit that uses the representative values of the fluorescence images and determines that the thickness position corresponding to the fluorescence image having the largest representative brightness value assigned thereto is the position corresponding to the surface of the object of measurement. |
