PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an operation of an operation terminal that functions as a remote operation apparatus of a television broadcast receiver.SOLUTION: A terminal control device includes: a voice response part for performing automatic voice response to a received incoming call to specify a number inputted through the incoming call or the telephone number of a calling source of the incoming call; a specification part for specifying terminal identification information of an operation terminal for remotely operating a television broadcast receiver, stored in a first storage part in association with the inputted number or the telephone number; and a transmission part for transmitting a control instruction showing a display of an initial screen for remote operation of the receiver to the operation terminal related to the terminal identification information specified by the specification part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
