PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment liquid, a surface treatment method and an adhesion method of an inorganic material or a resin material using an azole silane compound for enhancing adhesiveness of two materials having different material quality selected from metal, an inorganic material and a resin material and an electronic device and a printed wiring board using them.SOLUTION: There is provided a surface treatment liquid for an inorganic material or a resin material containing an azole silane compound represented by the chemical formula (I), used for adhering two materials selected from a metal, the inorganic material or the resin material, where the metal is copper, aluminum, titanium, nickel, tin, iron, silver, gold or alloy thereof.
