PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inject and fill a kneaded resin into a metal mold cavity after rectifying it to obtain a high-quality molded body.SOLUTION: An injection molding machine 1 comprises: a heating cylinder 10; a screw 12 rotatably arranged in the heating cylinder 10; and an injection nozzle 11 attached to a tip of the heating cylinder 10. In the injection molding machine, after a resin supplied into the heating cylinder 10 by the rotation of the screw 12 is kneaded, the kneaded resin is injected into a metal mold cavity which is mold-sealed with the resin. A rectification chip 23 formed with a resin passage 22a is arranged at a passage 22 formed at the injection nozzle 11, a manifold plate 24 for branching the resin supplied from the heating cylinder 10 is arranged at the upstream part U of the resin passage 22a, and a rectification plate 25 is arranged at the downstream side of the middle flow part M, wherein the rectification plate is used for rectifying a flow of the resin which is mixed in a middle flow part M as a flow to an injection direction facing the metal mold cavity after the resin has passed the middle flow part M for aggregating and mixing the flows of the resins which are branched at the manifold plate 24. |
