A sludge drying system (1), comprising a conveying device (101), a drying device (105) for receiving sludge and sending the sludge downstream, the drying device (105) comprising a housing, a partition plate (4) being disposed inside the housing so as to divide the housing into a first drying chamber (6a) and a second drying chamber (6b), a communication port (5) being formed in the partition plate (4) and communicating the first drying chamber (6a) with the second drying chamber (6b), a feeding port (8) and an air outlet (10) disposed on an upper portion of the first drying chamber (6a), a discharge port (9) disposed on a peripheral wall of the first drying chamber (6a), an air intake port (15) disposed on a side wall of the second drying chamber (6b), mixing devices (7a, 7b) disposed inside the first drying chamber (6a) and comprising rotating shafts (701a, 701b) and mixing assemblies (702a, 702b) disposed on the rotating shafts (701a, 701b) and capable of scraping off sludge near the communication port. An air blasting device (12) is in communication with the second drying chamber (6b) via the air intake port (15). Also provided is a sludge drying method using the sludge drying system (1). |
