The present invention relates to a novel food cutter that is capable of effectively cutting frozen pollack flesh. The cutter according to the present invention is capable of cutting hard and frozen pollack flesh (1) into a jerky form with ease, and thus can be used with convenience. A stopper (30) is provided in a main body (10). The stopper (30) is separated forward from a tip portion of a guide plate (20) and limits a length of forward protrusion of the frozen pollack flesh (1) from the guide plate (20), the frozen pollack flesh (1) being placed on the guide plate (20). A support panel (40) is provided on a lower side of the stopper (30). The support panel (40) is provided to be capable of pivoting in a vertical direction, is allowed to pivot in the vertical direction by pivoting a driving means (41), and supports a lower side surface of the frozen pollack flesh (1) protruding forward from the guide plate (20). Accordingly, a tip portion of the frozen pollack flesh (1) moving forward along the guide plate (20) protrudes forward from the guide plate (20) in a constant length at all times, and thus the frozen pollack flesh (1) is cut in a constant thickness when the frozen pollack flesh (1) is cut with the cutter (50). Since the tip portion of the frozen pollack flesh (1) is supported by the support panel (40), the tip portion of the frozen pollack flesh (1) can be accurately cut without sagging when the frozen pollack flesh (1) is cut with the cutter (50). |
