Disclosed is a manufacturing method of wound covering material using a biopolymer. The wound covering material produced by the present invention can have a superior wound infection inhibitory effect and an effect of preventing adhesion. The manufacturing method of wound covering material for inhibiting wound infection and preventing adhesion comprises the following steps of: producing a solution using antibiotics, hyaluronic acid, or salts thereof; freezing the produced solution while rotating the solution; and drying the frozen solution. |
