The present invention provides a connector and a relay connector device which, compared with conventional connectors of cables, has improved durability for detection. A guiding component (40) can move along an anterior-posterior direction and relative to a terminal maintaining component (20). When a main connector (11) presses an object connector (801) till the end, the guiding component (40) is pressed by a base end face (814) of the object connector (801) to draw back relative to the terminal maintaining component (20) and by overcoming an acting force of a spring (92), and guides guiding wall parts (41a, 41b) to jack a tilting part of a terminal (30) up towards a base plate (811) such that the terminal (30) tilts towards the center and abut against electrodes on the base plate (811). |
