PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform printing with an excellent performance while reducing conveyance time of a plate and an substrate, in a printing technique for forming a pattern layer by patterning a coating layer carried by a carrier, such as a blanket, by means of a plate, and then transferring the pattern layer to a substrate.SOLUTION: A blanket carrying passage BLP is provided in a (+Y) direction from a printing means comprising an upper stage portion 3 and a lower stage portion 5, and a blanket conveying robot 100B carries a blanket BL into the lower stage portion 5 through the blanket carrying passage BLP. A plate carrying passage PLP is provided in a (+X) direction from the printing means, and a shuttle 23L for a plate carries a plate PP into the upper stage portion 3 through the plate carrying passage PLP. Furthermore, a substrate carrying passage SLP is provided in a (-X) direction from the printing means, and a shuttle 23R for a substrate carries a substrate SB into the upper stage portion 3 through the substrate carrying passage SLP. |
