The present invention relates to a memory foam mattress and, more specifically, relates to a memory foam mattress which enables comfortable sleep without causing backache or sleep disturbance, and secures air permeability to enable pleasant sleep. According to the present invention, the memory foam mattress has a plurality of buffer grooves and a plurality of cushion units, wherein the buffer grooves are formed to have different depths and different distances in each portion of a human body mounted when going to sleep. |
