PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide TLR2 agonist with strong immunostimulating effects.SOLUTION: A derivative containing 3-hydroxy-2S-hydroxypropyl-R-cysteinyl-S-serine as a core was produced and various examinations were performed using lipophilicity as an indicator in order to improve biokinetics. As a result, we found that, by modifying the hydroxyl group of a serine residue with a sugar, hydrophilicity is increased and TLR2 agonist activity is greatly increased. We revealed that using these derivatives as a TLR2 agonist enables use as a therapeutic agent of cancer diseases, a therapeutic agent of allergic diseases, or an excellent immunostimulation promoting agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
