PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer composition for a food processing facility or a kitchen utensil causing reliable bactericidal effect and continuing anti-microbe effect after rinsing even if the food processing facility or the kitchen utensil have micro-spaces difficult to reduce the number of organisms with a conventional sterilization cleaner.SOLUTION: A sterilizer composition for a food processing facility or a kitchen utensil contains more than two kinds of basic polypeptide (A) and surfactant (B), and the pH at 20°C is more than 10.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
