PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combinatorial formulations of two kinds of antiviral compounds.SOLUTION: Disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions having an effective amount of substantially amorphous ledipasvir and an effective amount of substantially crystalline sofosbuvir. In some embodiments, provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising: a) an effective amount of ledipasvir, in which ledipasvir is substantially amorphous; and b) an effective amount of sofosbuvir, in which sofosbuvir is substantially crystalline. Further embodiments of the disclosure relate to pharmaceutical dosage forms and tablets.
