PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of efficiently discharging heat around a light-emitting member.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes: at least one light-emitting member; and a substrate composed of a plurality of layers containing a layer on which the light-emitting member is mounted. The substrate includes a plurality of vent holes for exhausting air to a side on which the light-emitting member is not mounted in a state where the light-emitting member is mounted on a substrate support member.
