PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forceps of an articulated structure, the forceps that is used for a medical instrument, rich in reliability and followability, and can be operated with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The forceps of an articulated structure includes multiple hollow outer cylinders 1, a joint part 3 mounted with an outer cylinder 1 swingably to each other, a gripping member 4 for gripping an object openably attached to the outer cylinder 1 at the tip, a claw power transmission shaft 5A for swingably operating a claw member 4A of the gripping member 4, and an outer cylinder power transmission shaft 5B for foldably operating the outer cylinder 1. The claw power transmission shaft 5A and the outer cylinder power transmission shaft 5B are constituted of: a universal joint 33 being foldable and capable of transmitting rotational force; and a transmission shaft part 7 being elastic and capable of transmitting the rotational force, respectively. The power transmission shaft 5 is formed with a male screw 11 screwed in a nut 10 provided at a boss part 8 in the outer cylinder 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
