A surface grinding device for the outer cover of a winding paper core is provided to reduce the labor cost and fault of the wound material by keeping the surface of the outer cover flat. A surface grinding device for the outer cover of a winding paper core comprises a frame(110), a rotating unit(120) rotating a winding paper core, a sandpaper(140) grinding the outer cover of the winding paper core, a moving unit(150) moving in the longitudinal direction of the winding paper core, a guide unit(155) equipped on the other side of the frame, a pinion equipped on one side of the guide unit, a rack which engages with the pinion, a feed motor in which the rack is combined, a supporting beam in which the feed motor is mounted on one side, a mounting bracket mounted on one side of the supporting beam, a support roller mounted on the mounting bracket, a sensor rod equipped on both sides of the supporting beam, and a sensor is equipped on both sides of the guide unit. |
