PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an opening/closing member capable of appropriately controlling a surge of a pinching load when pinching has been detected.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a controller 1 for an opening/closing member that includes a motor 20 for moving an opening/closing member 11 in an opening/closing direction, the opening/closing member being disposed on a vehicle door 10, and a control part 3 having a determination part 31E for determining pinching of a foreign object by the opening/closing member 11. The control part 3 is capable of feedback control of power supplied to the motor 20, for adjusting actual speed of movement of the opening/closing member 11 to approximate a target speed of movement depending on a position of the opening/closing member 11. When a difference between the actual speed of movement and the target speed of the opening/closing member 11 exceeds a prescribed threshold value A1, switching is made from the feedback control of the power supplied to the motor 20 to a fixed voltage control that supplies prescribed voltage to the motor 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
