Socks for Masai walking is provided to promote the circulation of blood and the metabolism, thereby preventing and treating adult diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, etc. Socks(200) for Masai walking comprises a sock bottom where a sock bottom pad(100) for rolling walking is mounted, wherein the sock bottom pad for rolling walking is formed so as to allow the heel of pad to be inclined to the ground by 25-40 degrees, a bottom projection part(10) is formed at the bottom of the pad, and a projected part(12) is formed at the central upper part of the pad so as to be adhered closely the central concave part of the bottom of foot. The sock bottom pad is made of bioceramic elastic body, non-woven, soft sponge, soft polyurethane, soft silicone, soft synthetic resin or high elastic rubber. |
