PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage management apparatus or the like, configured to reduce the influence when a fault occurs.SOLUTION: A storage management apparatus includes: a fault information acquisition section which acquires fault information, which is information on a fault in each of a plurality of nodes constituting a storage system; a state-of-use acquisition section which acquires state-of-use information, which is information on a predicted state of using the storage system; an influence degree acquisition section which acquires influence degree information, which is information on the influence to be generated when a fault occurs in each node; and a determination section which determines whether to disconnect each of nodes indicating the occurrence of fault from the storage system, on the basis of the state-of-use information and the influence degree information, when the fault information indicates a fault in at least one of the nodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
